1. Services
ELYPE'S Car Wash (Mobile) provides mobile car wash and detailing services in the Houston, TX metropolitan area. Services include exterior washing, interior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and other car care services as offered.
2. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments are subject to availability. We request at least 2 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions that would prevent safe or quality service.
3. Liability
We carry comprehensive liability insurance for all services performed. Pre-existing damage to your vehicle (scratches, dents, interior stains, mechanical issues) must be disclosed before service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that are not disclosed prior to service.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, and Zelle. Prices are quoted in advance and any additional charges for extra services or vehicle condition will be discussed and agreed upon before the work begins.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
